We work towards a connected and supportive society where people of different faiths, beliefs and cultures have strong, productive and lasting relations.
We were founded in 1997 as the Three Faiths Forum and became the Faith & Belief Forum in 2018.

This two-part session introduces participants to tools and techniques that will help them to be able to ask and answer questions about sensitive questions such as faith, belief and identity with greater skill and confidence. The resources are primarily for teachers and schools but can also be used by youth workers and youth groups.
Thank you everyone who has been involved and supported us this year. We hope you’ll find the time to read our full annual report and find out more about the impact we have had.
Have you wanted to get involved with the teaching of religion in your child’s school, but didn’t know how to go about it? Or perhaps you’re a teacher or subject lead who wants to involve community groups in the teaching of Religion and Worldviews in your school, but you’re unsure how to approach the conversation – or you’re looking to reduce parent withdrawals.
As an organisation dedicated to building good relations between people of different identities, we recognise that the question of how to keep communities connected takes on a different aspect in these days of limited social contact.
We are very pleased to announce the launch of our new Resources section to help you access and benefit from our work online.
We are inviting organisations across the UK to help us create understanding between people of different faiths and beliefs and bring our communities closer together.
We are a proud signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter.
The Charter is composed of five calls to action for leaders and organisations across all sectors. Signing up means taking practical steps to tackle barriers that ethnic minority people might face in recruitment and progression and committing to be an organisation representative of British society today.
