We’re really happy to welcome Andrea Tuijten as our new Programmes Coordinator for Schools. Andrea is overseeing the delivery of 3FF’s Schools work and curriculum, training and resource design and development. She is in the office 3 days a week. Andrea has experience across various cross-arts and education fields as a theatre practitioner, facilitator, project manager and creative producer. She currently also works an Associate Lecturer in Applied Theatre and Interfaith Dialogue at Goldsmiths University of London and is Co-Director of the interfaith theatre company MUJU Crew.
Here’s what Andrea has to say about joining 3FF:
After interning with the wonderful schools team almost 3 years ago and facilitating 3FF’s workshops across London schools since, I’m very excited to be based in this amazing and vibrant workplace. Coming from an arts and creative education background, I look forward to being involved in developing 3FF’s schools work and connecting with schools, teachers, young people and partners. I believe that strong connections between diverse communities, spaces of shared resonance and celebration and spaces where we can explore the beauty and complexity our existence, are eternally important for a vibrant society. However, this feels like a time in which these spaces are particularly important. I feel honoured to be able to contribute to 3FF’s genuine, inspiring and innovative programmes. Looking forward to this journey and meeting you along the way!
