The UK’s leading interfaith organisation is looking for a passionate, motivated and organised individual to join our growing West Midlands Team.
Founded in 1997, the Faith & Belief Forum works to build strong and productive relations between people of different faiths, beliefs and cultures. Our team in the West Midlands deliver an increasing number of Education and Community engagement projects, connecting people from different backgrounds.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a dynamic and hands-on role supporting the delivery of Community Dialogue events in Walsall. As one of the five areas chosen to work with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government you will be part of an exciting project developing new ways of brining communities together. Working closely with Walsall Council you will support people to have open and honest conversations within and across diverse communities. This will involve training and supporting local people to develop the skills and confidence to facilitate meaningful dialogue sessions within their communities.
You will also have the opportunity to support Education programmes in the region, working with over 80 schools through our Award-Winning Workshops, School Linking and other creative youth projects.
