Role Outline:

Overview: The UK’s leading interfaith organisation is looking for a motivated, organised and relationship-focused individual to join our Communities team. The purpose of this role is to support the effective delivery in Solihull of the final year of the Interfaith Restorative Justice Project by supporting community facilitators and building and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Our vision is a society where difference is celebrated and communities are connected through respect and dialogue.

  • Salary: £28,370 – £30,296 FTE (0.6 equates to £17,022 – £18,177) 
  • Contract: 11 months fixed term (Jan – Dec 2026), with the possibility of extension depending on funding 
  • Location: Working from home, ideally Solihull based. Could also suit someone West Midlands based who is able to easily travel to Solihull for frequent meetings and events 
  • Hours: 0.6 FTE = 22.5 hours/week including occasional evening meetings 
  • Reports to: Rebecca Collins, Senior Programmes Manager – Communities
