We are sometimes able to work with a few schools each year outside of these areas on a needs basis, either face to face or online. If your school is outside of London/West Midlands, please provide us with some context about why you would like to receive workshops from us.

London Zones 1-6: Funding
The value of a day of workshops is £800 in person and £500 online. We generally receive funding to deliver workshops in London and the West Midlands and usually only charge a small admin. fee for these funded workshops.

The 2017-18 delivery costs for your region:
- Half-day rate (up to three workshops), £350
- Full-day rate (three to six workshops), £600
Wavering delivery costs
1. Standard grant (first-come-first-served): allows us to deliver up to six workshops per term without any cost other than a small admin fee (£50 per delivery day).
2. Drop-down day grant: allows us to deliver up to an additional six workshops at a school on any one day without any cost other than small admin fee (£50).

All schools in your region are asked to cover travel costs of relevant team members from London or Birmingham. The further in advance you book, the cheaper this cost, which will be agreed in advance.
