  • Do you know an amazing faith, charitable, or community project in London? We've given space for you to tell us about more than one project in this form, so you can name as many of London's unsung heroes as you like.

    This could be an individual or an organisation. If you are nominating a project that is part of a larger organisation or body, please also include the name of the organisation.
  • If known, please list the social handle for each of the project(s), so we can contact them more easily.
  • If possible, name a person connected directly to the project/organisation who will be able to fill out the full nomination form.
  • Please list the email address for the organisation and/or the person you have named above.
