We are thrilled to introduce our new cohort of Interns which is made up of some old and new faces who are all excited for their next three months at 3FF!
On our Schools Team we have Gaura and Amina.
Gaura recently received a BA in the Study of Religions, graduating from Heythrop College (University of London). To him, 3FF is the perfect place to further explore religion in the interfaith and charity sector. He is especially interested in the growing Schools programme and the alternative it offers to classroom education. Gaura is part of a community practicing bhakti-yoga, the path of love and devotion to Krishna (the All-Attractive One). He’s also a passionate film-goer and loves to debate.
Amina lived in Dubai for 18 years and returned to London two years ago. She is currently in her second year of her undergraduate degree in Theology, Religious Studies and History. She looks forward to using the skills and knowledge she’ll learn in her time at 3FF to bring different faith-based societies together and hold successful interfaith events. She’s enjoyed her internship so much that she’s decided to extend it for three more months!
Joining our Fundraising Team we have Iman and Oriana.
Iman is from North West London and she graduated from SOAS in 2017 with a BA in Arabic and History. Whilst at university, she co-founded a society at university with a group of friends which aimed to raise funds to cook and distribute meals to the local homeless community. This experience triggered an interest in the charity sector and Iman hopes to develop a well-rounded skill set from 3FF.
Oriana is from Mexico City where she studied a BA in Psychology. She came to London to pursue a MA in Education and Psychology at the Institute of Education, UCL. She loves languages and speaks French, Spanish and English. She he is currently studying Portuguese! Oriana believes that 3FF is a space where you can exchange ideas and helps you to be more receptive.
Stefania is our ParliaMentors Intern.
Stefania was born in Campina, a small town in Romania near the Carpathian Mountains. When she was thirteen she moved to the UK with her family. She recently graduated with a BA in International Politics and the Non-Western World. She’s been a Trustee at ‘New Generation International’ for three years. She loved 3FF so much that she decided to extend her Internship! Her interests include playing the guitar, painting and writing.
Our Communications Intern is Raheela.
Raheela has loved her time at 3FF so far and is looking forward to her next three months here. She is a recent graduate and studied Religion, Philosophy and Ethics at King’s College London. Raheela is well travelled having been to Kenya, Tunisia and Egypt. That passion for travel and exploring continues in her love of exploring London’s galleries and museums. She’s hoping to gain more digital communications experience and learn about the workings of a communications team in a charity.
The entire 3FF team is looking forward to working with this fantastic cohort of Interns for the next three months!
