Performers at The London Interfaith Fun Run 2022

We are delighted to announce our confirmed performers for The London Interfaith Fun Run 2022. On the day we will have a range of performances from different cultures and backgrounds.  We believe there is always more to learn about those who live around you and this is a perfect opportunity to get to know more about each other and our communities as well as deepen our understanding of our differences and similarities. We can’t wait to share this moment with you!

• Capoeira with African Portuguese Speaking Community – this is an art form that combines elements of martial arts, dance, acrobatics, music and spirituality. 

• Anahita Mollajan and Molouk Vakili from New Citizens Gateway will be performing Afghan, Kurdish, Iranian and Arabic dances. 

• Drumming with Shumei UK –  a spiritual organization will be performing on the drums. Taiko is a traditional Japanese percussive arts. We are excited to be uplifted by the vibrant beat of the drums and energetic movements.

• The Jive Aces, the UK’s number 1 Jive and Swing Band – who have performed at Britain’s Got Talent and many festivals will be playing their top hits!
