In this Faith & Belief Forum Podcast we talk to a group of students on our ParliaMentors leadership programme from the University of Liverpool.

F&BF’s Philip Ybring talks to Elizabeth Hay, Emma Hobson-White, Imogen Martin, Rory Mossveld, and Sophia Zara Bokhari about their plans for social change. We discuss their ideas for educating young people about politics and stereotypes in the media, and the importance of connecting people from different communities during COVID.

Their social action project, ‘ASK PAM: Politics and Media‘, hopes to “bring different voices from a variety of different cultures, races and religions to have an opportunity to write about their own perceptions and experiences with media microaggressions, but also as a safe space to share experiences of their own culture.”
