Take part in at-home workouts, mindfulness sessions, and self-reflection activities. Join our informal lunchtime meetup to chat with others about how you are finding lockdown. Meet a panel of community experts for discussion about creating inclusive spaces, and meeting the needs of diverse communities through sport.

Saved to Serve Dance is a dance and fitness class that helps people keep fit to contemporary gospel music and upbeat instrumentals. You can expect a fun workout using music with positive messages from different genres and cultures that leaves you sweating and smiling!

The London Centre of Mindfulness based at Jamyang Buddhist Centre, offers secular-style meditation and mindfulness practice. You can expect a calm guided meditation, which will involve light movement and focus on breath!

Israeli Dance Institute is a charity that promotes engagement with Jewish and Israeli dance and song through classes, workshops, and resources for schools. You can expect fun and simple line dance steps, and to learn a few Hebrew words along the way!

How can sports be used to engage communities and bring people together?
Join our panel of experts to learn from their experiences engaging and supporting diverse communities through sports. Explore approaches to creating inclusive spaces, possible barriers to participation, strands of thinking about health and wellbeing, and meeting the needs of communities through sports. There will be opportunities for networking and submitting live questions to the panel.
