Inter Faith Week is an annual initiative every November, aimed at strengthening interfaith relations, increasing awareness of the diversity and contribution of faith communities in the UK, and fostering understanding between people of different religious and non-religious beliefs.
Since its launch in 2009, Inter Faith Week has seen thousands of events including discussions, dialogues, community walks, cultural festivals, and educational activities.
Inter Faith Week 2025 took place from Sunday 9 – Sunday 16 November.
For Inter Faith Week 2025, The Faith & Belief Forum, along with United Religions Initiative UK, Faiths Forum for London and a steering group with other leading interfaith organisations, lead the delivery of the week, with the support of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. This work includes dedicated resources, events and support for schools, young people and local communuities, as well as a national launch event.
