This is an exciting new opportunity for creatives experienced in participatory arts, creative education, facilitation, youth leadership and project delivery to work with a dynamic organisation that builds lasting relations between people of all faiths and non-religious beliefs.

About Amplify

Amplify is an arts-based youth-led project which aims to open and strengthen safe spaces for exploring issues relating to faith, belief, identity, belonging, social trends and community in a rapidly interconnected and globalised world. After a highly successful pilot delivered in London last year we are excited to now be expanding this offer to Birmingham. This project will sit closely within our partner school’s Enrichment Curriculum.

We are looking for passionate and engaging creative practitioners with a proven track record of working with young people in the arts, education, youth leadership and social action, with a genuine interest in interfaith and intercultural understanding, to join our team and co-create this exciting new initiative.

This role encompasses a combination of creative design, planning, delivery and evaluation. Your work days will be spread between 3FF’s Birmingham hub, our partner school, and events (community, educational and art spaces, but also parliamentary spaces) where the final work will be presented.

Fees: £3,370 (flat fee)
