“We are excited to be partnering the Faith & Belief Forum as we seek to foster greater understanding and interaction between colleagues of different faiths and beliefs.”

The Faith & Belief Forum is delighted to announce that we will be partnering with Direct Line Group over the coming year. Direct Line Group plc is a British insurance company that owns a number of well-known organisations including Churchill, Green Flag and Direct Line insurance.

The Belief strand, a DLG staff network that works to build awareness of different faiths and beliefs, and to drive conversations and curiosity, has chosen to partner with F&BF for the coming year. We are pleased that they have chosen to support F&BF’s work across Schools, Communities and our UN award winning ParliaMentors programme.

In addition, F&BF will deliver a number of sessions for DLG staff members centred around increasing Faith and Belief literacy including including an Encountering Faiths and Beliefs webinar, and a series of skills-based seminars for Belief members and leadership staff.

“We are excited to be partnering the Faith & Belief Forum, to inform the work of DLG’s Belief network as we seek to foster greater understanding and interaction between colleagues of different faiths and beliefs”said Tracy Rossall from DLG. She also added,“We will benefit from the Forum’s expertise informing our efforts to raise awareness, and prompt conversations and curiosity to contribute to a workplace culture that celebrates difference.”

Siobhán Anderson, Programmes Coordinator for Workplace & Community at the Faith & Belief Forum said, We are delighted to be working with the Belief strand team at Direct Line Group over the coming year.  The Belief strand and F&BF share a passion for inclusive, welcoming spaces for conversations about religion, faith and belief, both in the workplace and beyond.”

DLG will be invited to sign Charter for Faith & Belief Inclusion and become part of our expanding network of organisations committed to building ‘faith-friendly’ workplaces. s part of the partnership, they will also be invited to attend our London Faith & Belief Community Awards and annual gala events.
