Founded by ParliaMentors Alumni in 2015, the Interfaith Summit is a flagship event for young people during the UK’s National Interfaith Week in November each year. Each year the Summit draws hundreds of young people together to connect, explore and act on issues relating to faith and belief, political questions and shared societal concerns.
In the past there have been sessions on gender, mental health, sexuality and gender identity, the refugee crisis, race and much more. These have been explored through food, theatre, story-telling, live music, discussions, speed-faithing, roundtables and panel discussions.
This years summit is themed around climate change. As such, there will be sessions running on health & wellbeing, inequality, examples of current work and skills training, all through the climate change lens.
